Esta acci\u00f3n es influenciada adem\u00e1s por otros factores como el social y emocional. La ciencia describe dos tipos de hambres. Uno es generado por d\u00e9ficit de energ\u00eda y se lo conoce como hambre real o fisiol\u00f3gico. Se origina cuando el est\u00f3mago se vac\u00eda, libera una hormona que env\u00eda una se\u00f1al al cerebro que activa el centro del apetito y es ah\u00ed donde el cuerpo busca alimentarse. Este tipo de hambre es una se\u00f1al de que el organismo requiere ingerir alimentos para mantener activos los procesos internos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;En muchas ocasiones, comemos sin tener hambre fisiol\u00f3gica, la comida aparece como una respuesta autom\u00e1tica frente al estr\u00e9s, la tristeza o el aburrimiento a eso se denomina hambre emocional. La mayor prevalencia de ciertos factores emocionales, y sentimientos negativos como lo son el estr\u00e9s, la ansiedad, la depresi\u00f3n, tan presentes en la \u00e9poca actual juegan un papel muy importante e influyen directamente en la conducta alimentaria. Producen un aumento en la ingesta de alimentos, en especial aquellos de alta densidad energ\u00e9tica.&nbsp; Se busca un placer inmediato, con alimentos como el chocolate, productos de reposter\u00eda, helados o snacks ultraprocesados. Disminuir la ansiedad con comida est\u00e1 directamente relacionado con una mayor ingesta de calor\u00edas y tambi\u00e9n con d\u00e9ficits nutricionales que desmejoran tanto el sobrepeso como el malestar an\u00edmico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"866\" height=\"577\" src=\"https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/HAMBRE.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7409\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/HAMBRE.jpg 866w, https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/HAMBRE-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/HAMBRE-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 866px) 100vw, 866px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, la conducta ante la comida, suele ser una forma de gratificaci\u00f3n y refugio para conseguir bienestar. Se sabe que el hambre emocional est\u00e1 asociada con trastornos de laalimentaci\u00f3n compulsiva lo cual representa un riesgo para el desarrollo de la obesidad o trastornos de la conducta alimentaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La relaci\u00f3n existente entre emoci\u00f3n y alimentaci\u00f3n, ha sido objeto de estudio por parte de psic\u00f3logos, m\u00e9dicos, nutricionistas, e investigadores en general durante las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas, en especial para intentar atribuir las causas y consecuencias del hambre emocional y su impacto en la salud f\u00edsica como la psicolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 podemos hacer frente al hambre emocional?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;El mindfulness consiste en ser plenamente consciente de los est\u00edmulos internos y externos que surgen en el momento presente, con aceptaci\u00f3n, sin juzgar. Es una pr\u00e1ctica que consiste en prestar atenci\u00f3n en el aqu\u00ed y el ahora, sin juzgar observando pensamientos emociones y sensaciones f\u00edsicas a medida que surgen. El t\u00e9rmino ingl\u00e9s mindfulness como t\u00e9rmino psicol\u00f3gico general conlleva el significado de \u201catenci\u00f3n o conciencia plena\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El mindful eating o alimentaci\u00f3n consciente:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implica prestar atenci\u00f3n a la experiencia de comer. Una de las claves de la alimentaci\u00f3n consciente es la de conectarse con las se\u00f1ales internas de hambre, plenitud y satisfacci\u00f3n del cuerpo y decidir en base a ello cu\u00e1ndo empezar y cuando parar de comer. Este registro consciente nos ayuda a responder a las necesidades nutricionales reales de nuestro cuerpo. Si\u00e9ntese a la mesa. Evite comer parado o caminando.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilice todos los sentidos: antes de llevar la comida a la boca, huela, toque y sienta las texturas del alimento. Mastique bien. Saboree los bocados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conc\u00e9ntrese en el acto de comer.\u00a0 Evite hacer otras cosas como: mirar Tv, tener el celular en l mano, etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>El objetivo debe ser reconocer el origen del hambre y aprender a satisfacerlo de forma adecuada, evitando que las emociones negativas influyan en nuestra manera de alimentarnos.
