{"id":5346,"date":"2025-10-05T10:34:24","date_gmt":"2025-10-05T13:34:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/?p=5346"},"modified":"2025-10-05T10:34:26","modified_gmt":"2025-10-05T13:34:26","slug":"la-millonaria-suma-que-tendra-que-pagar-facundo-sampayo-por-manejar-ebrio-y-atropellar-a-una-jubilada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/?p=5346","title":{"rendered":"La millonaria suma que tendr\u00e1 que pagar Facundo Sampayo por manejar ebrio y atropellar a una jubilada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Juzgado Civil y Comercial N\u00ba 6 de Resistencia\u00a0conden\u00f3 a Facundo Sampayo a pagar $10.801.763,56 a una mujer de 70 a\u00f1os a la que atropell\u00f3\u00a0con su camioneta Volkswagen Amarok en la intersecci\u00f3n de Avenida Alvear y calle Uriburu.\u00a0El accidente ocurri\u00f3 el 24 de septiembre de 2022, apenas un mes despu\u00e9s de que entrara en vigencia la ley de Alcohol 0 en el Chaco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan la sentencia firmada por el juez Jorge Sinkovich,\u00a0Sampayo conduc\u00eda con 1,78 g\/l de alcohol en sangre y a una velocidad de 50 km\/h, superando ampliamente el l\u00edmite permitido de 30 km\/h para encrucijadas urbanas sin sem\u00e1foro. El tribunal determin\u00f3 que\u00a0no mantuvo el control del veh\u00edculo y que su conducta imprudente fue determinante en el accidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"579\" src=\"https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/bbx_263900132_240cc171902edf2cc65c69e1b21cb8ad0335e79b.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5348\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/bbx_263900132_240cc171902edf2cc65c69e1b21cb8ad0335e79b.jpg 800w, https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/bbx_263900132_240cc171902edf2cc65c69e1b21cb8ad0335e79b-300x217.jpg 300w, https:\/\/infocuatro.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/bbx_263900132_240cc171902edf2cc65c69e1b21cb8ad0335e79b-768x556.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la inspecci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo se encontraron evidencias que respaldaron la acusaci\u00f3n, incluyendo una\u00a0botella de vino, un termo con vino y cuatro cartuchos calibre 22.\u00a0La combinaci\u00f3n de alcohol y exceso de velocidad, seg\u00fan el fallo, influy\u00f3 directamente en los reflejos del conductor y en la gravedad del impacto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como consecuencia,\u00a0la mujer sufri\u00f3 traumatismo de cr\u00e1neo facial, fractura de h\u00famero y fracturas p\u00e9lvicas, lo que le gener\u00f3 una incapacidad permanente del 55%.\u00a0El tribunal detall\u00f3 que la indemnizaci\u00f3n incluye $8.951.763,56 por incapacidad, $850.000 por gastos m\u00e9dicos y traslados y $1.000.000 por da\u00f1o moral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La defensa de Sampayo aleg\u00f3 que la peatona cruz\u00f3 de manera temeraria, pero el juez desestim\u00f3 ese argumento y sostuvo que no se present\u00f3 evidencia que eximiera al conductor de responsabilidad.
