El magistrado fue uno de los nombres m\u00e1s mencionados en los \u00faltimos meses por su rol en el proceso judicial vinculado a la desaparici\u00f3n de Loan, el ni\u00f1o correntino cuyo caso mantiene en expectativa a gran parte del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La dimisi\u00f3n, presentada en septiembre, fue aceptada en las \u00faltimas horas por el presidente Javier Milei a trav\u00e9s del Decreto 704\/2025, que tambi\u00e9n lleva la firma del ministro de Justicia, Mariano C\u00faneo Libarona.
